• 1 cup of kefir, 1 teaspoon of honey, kernels of 2 walnuts, raisins and chopped dried apricots and prunes;
• 1 cup of kefir, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of beet juice, 1 teaspoon of rosehip infusion and juice of 1 lemon;
• ½ cup kefir, 1 tsp. honey and a pinch of cinnamon;
• 1 cup of kefir and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh (or frozen) cranberries, mashed with sugar.
