How to find peace of mind
Psychologists psychotherapists and psychoanalysts have recently been in great demand. Even 15 years ago, a person who wished to see a psychotherapist would be considered mentally ill. But by the end of the 90s, it became fashionable to have “your own psychoanalyst”, and then offices, centers and clinics began to open everywhere.
Yoga as a medicine. Psychogenic factors haunt us all year round. City noise, stress and, of course, fears ... There is hardly a panacea for all occasions. But it is necessary to train peace of mind. Good results in managing one's own state are given by playing sports, and preferably yoga or “soft” martial arts (tai chi, aikido). Autogenic training or meditation is helpful. But, if you can’t do it yourself, you need the help of a professional.
